The new thresholds are as detailed below, reflecting values which will apply for 2 years with effect from 1st January 2024 as per Commission Delegated Regulations of 15th November 2023 as follows:
• 2023/2497 amending Directive 2014/23/EU (Concessions)
• 2023/2495 amending Directive 2014/24/EU (Public Sector)
• 2023/1496 amending Directive 2014/25/EU (Utilities)
• 2023/2510 amending Directive 2009/81/EC (Defence & Security)
