Target Audience

This course is ideal for those experienced in procurement tasked with management and delivery of repetitive procurements where DPS arrangements and Panels (for Title III) would be an appropriate strategy. It is an ideal follow-on to the Understanding Public Procurement Rules Course.

On completion of this course participants will be knowledgeable on the difference between Panels and DPS arrangements, when and how to set them up and use them.
