We were delighted to see Circular 20/2019 issued by the Office of Government Procurement, which outlines the Government’s aims to promote the use of environmental and social considerations in public procurement.
This circular is a welcome part of the Government’s Climate Action Plan and one which we fully support. At Greenville we are fully committed to supporting our clients to implement green and sustainable procurement and are very keen to ensure that we can include this as much as possible in all procurements whatever the category or scale.
