The Role:

We are looking for a new Education & Training Officer to join our team to manage and support service delivery in our education and training services division – Greenville Academy. You can read more about Greenville Academy here. This role is most suited to a professional with a strong administrative background. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer cantered ethos, a focus on detail and ensuring procedures are adhered to, an aptitude for using technology and enjoy working in a team environment.

The Education and Training Officer will be responsible for all administration, student engagement and client relations for:

  • Greenville open programmes – all currently delivered virtually
  • Greenville in-house programmes – blended delivery model
  • Certified Programmes with our partner the Institute of Public Administration (certificate and diploma)

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Relevant work experience and expertise
  • Experience in general office administration.
  • Competent user of MS Office including Teams and other online communication tools
  • A high level of attention to detail with a conscientious and diligent approach to work
  • A highly self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who exhibits an outgoing, confident and mature communication style.
  • Excellent communication, literacy, personal and interpersonal skill.
  • An individual who values professionalism, honesty, integrity with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality and customer service
  • Well-organised individual with an effective use of time management and ability to prioritise effectively and be flexible where necessary.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge and experience of all aspects of administration and associated technologies and tools
  • Knowledge and experience of using SAGE or other financial packages.
