This one-day programme will provide participants with the skills to navigate the Capital Works Management Framework – CWMF website and understand the suite of documents that are available to them. It will guide them through a very complex process and aims to equip them with the knowledge that is required to establish public works and consultancy contracts. The trainer will explain the various documents, using sample text and allow the course participants the opportunity to work through some of the more common and complex documents. This practical interactive approach is used to embed the learnings.

This course is ideal for those within an engineering section or procurement section tasked with establishing public works and consultancy contracts. It is structured to guide people through the process, where they understand the requirements and options available to them.
